am i doing something wrong??

Ok I started doing the 30 day shred(unfortunately not sticking with it very well) anyway i was very sore after doing it everywhere but my abs. I have even ben doing the same crunches in the evening that they do on the shred but still my abs are not sore. Just wondering if I am abnormal or doing something wrong, should I not be feeling something?

you could be. you want to pull ur bellybutton in towards the floor, make sure ur flat is back and don't use ur neck. I used to be able to feel a basic crunch but lately i've had to do the bicycling ab to feel the burn.0

You want to use your "core". Pull your belly button and back "into" the floor. Raise up with your abs, not your neck. Make sure your back is flat as you hold your stomach in and bring your belly button up to your rib cage. Go on youtube and look for crunch pilates. There may be a segment where she demonstrates and explains how to work your core muscles. It's very helpful0
