Japanese under 450?

I have around 450 calories left and the boyfriend wants to go get Japanese. Love fish and edamame, but what else? What would be a good option that would allow me to stay under but leave me satisfied? I really want to keep my net calories to 1350 this week, and then check my progress on Wednesday. I might go jogging for 30 minutes more so I can make sure I'm under nonetheless.

Thank you!!!!

<3 Danielle

chicken and brocoli, or the green bean and chicken

Avoid the rices, they are high carb (so high calorie)

A bit of chicken and veggies sounds like a great deal though. Can swap chicken for fish if you prefer! Look up hibachi grill in the database here and play around to get an idea of what type of food to choose and how big of portion.

Do you like sushi? I usually have 6 pieces of a california roll or cucumber roll and hot tea. I am usually full and happy then :)

i usually get miso soup (100 cal), a seaweed salad (75 cal), and a plain tuna and/or salmon roll (180 cal each). of course it depends of the portion sizes and how your sushi place makes it, but you can definitely stay under 450 =)
