Hi! I'm a newbie. This weight loss thing is tough! Trying to lose the baby weight that is still hanging on two years later. Im starting slow with a calorie goal per day. I never realized how much I ate before. WOW! Anyone having any great success and tips they want to share with me? My goal is to lose 45 pounds. It seems like so much and I never saw myself as that big until recently. I just want to fit into my clothes again. Anyways enough rumblings for one night. Wish me luck!

    Yeah... I'm still trying to lose the baby weight and my baby is 13 yrs old !! Oh well... we'll get there! The site is AWESOME !!!! Good luck! We're all in this together!!

    Hello! I've been trying to lose weight for years now and I guess I've been kidding myself about how much I eat.

    Well, enough is enough and I'm focused now. I hate being overweight. It robs me of so much.

    SW: 198lbs
    TW: 133lbs

    So that's 65lbs to go - phew!!!

    It may seem like a lot, but the best thing to do is break it down into mini goals and that will help a ton and help keep you from stressing about it.

    It really does get easier with time. The first few weeks are the worst. Best of luck!

    Thanks. Im trying. I need to get myself a scale but so far I love this site. It really has been keeping me on track.
