What do you suggest, that is best to eat, what portion size, calorie wise, protein wise and such, I'd appreciate the info. I'd be adding this as a dairy or more of a protein?

The best frozen yogurt is one with all-natural ingredients. Check out the list before digging in! It should be less 2% or less fat, and be 100-180 calories per serving. Most servings are 2/3-1 cup. All dairy contains protein, some options have more than others, so yogurt is still in the dairy food group.0

Edy's/Dreyers have great frozen yogurts that range from 90 - 120 calories. I think fat free vanilla is the lowest and cookies and cream is the highest. Vanilla has about 100 for its none fat free. Chocolate is 110 cals. Serving size is about 1/2 cup.0
