How are your weekends when it comes to your healthy lifestyle :flowerforyou:?

It seems harder for me to stay on track the weekends? This weekend I have two funerals and a 50th birthday celebration. The fact that there is less structure with my time and so much to get into I kinda dread these days  . Gonna be super tough now that I have given up fried foods for 40 days.

If challenges were easy then they wouldn't be challenges would they?

    I believe in you.

Plan ahead, and have some contingencies. Just in case meals that are quick easy, and portable.

    You can do it!

Weekends are tougher for me, for sure. I usually take one of the weekend days as a "free day", so I have a free pass to eat whatever I want. But now with the weather getting nicer, there are more things going on, less structure, and a lot easier to end up eating stuff I normally wouldn't eat, even on the non-free weekend day. At the same time, we gotta live and enjoy life too, right? I don't really beat myself up about it. It would only be a real issue if we were in the final stages of training for a competition or something. But for now, it's just life, not a competition

My weekends are tough because I travel during the week and I pack ALL of my food for the week for ALL meals...no takeout. I told my wife to not buy me any groceries, so I tend to have to scrounge for grub or end up leaning too much on supplements like bars and shakes...also, I forget to drink my water like I do during the week. I always do OK, but I am not the all-star I am on my diary during the week...yes, I am an all-star...LOL!
