Hey! I bought a twist board from Bally Total Fitness at Walmart today, and I was just wondering about other peoples experiences with it. I seem to be able to get a decent cardio workout from it, and and I can get some strength in there if I use weights or I do more of a squat position. Has anyone seen any results from a twist board?

Is that just the small round pod that you stand on and twist your bottom half the opposite as your lower half?
If so I used to have one and it was fun and got me moving in the morning for a few minutes where I would otherwise just drag myself to the shower. I didnt stick with it consistantly enough to really see any results, and now I have no idea where it could be. Havent seen it for years. hmmm0
