Need suggestions for a good program

Been doing MFP for about a month and a half now and I've seen the first pounds melt off. I've been following a reasonable exercise program with my first goal of getting down to 200 so I can something along the lines of insanity or p90x. Would really appreciate any suggestions people have that fit the following:

No running (I have plantar fasciitis so running almost always causes a flare up, I do walk a lot though)
Preferably something that doesn't require freeweights or door gyms. Resistance tube are ok.
Particulary interested in something that has a good ab program ( where I'm carrying most of the extra weight)
Something that can be done in 30-45 minutes a stretch or less.

    P90X will take a minimum of 55 minutes per DVD.
    Insanity ranges from 35 minutes to over an hour.
    Power 90 has more in your range for time frame.
    Then there's Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer.

    Granted, these are all BeachBody products. I don't know about others on the market. These are just what I am familiar with.
