Hey ya'll!
I'm starting my second week using my fitness pal, and I am soooo excited! I lost 4.4 pounds just by watching my calories, and excersising! I am hoping I can stick to my healthy habits to acheive my goals! I've wasted precious years wondering "what if" and allowing my weight and the way I feel about it control my life. I say NO MORE! --->I know, a little dramatic. haha
