Just finished college, trying to lose 15 lbs before med scho

Just graduated from college and gained 15 lbs in the past 4 years. Trying to lose 15 lbs so I can maintain a healthy weight before starting Med School since I'm going to have a hectic schedule later on. Need to start making healthier decisions before I start recommending them to others.

I already have a good knowledge base of human physiology. I work out 4-5 days a week jogging and weight training but my diet has always been the issue. Feel free to add me.
