I set a goal for myself to lose 60 pounds by Christmas. I'm 7 pounds away!
The first pic is from Christmas 2007, and the second pic is from just yesterday!

I might aim to lose another 10 or so after I hit my first goal, but I'm going to wait til after the holidays to aim for that!
