Hi everyone here,

I've already been fitnesspal-ling ;-) for maybe three weeks and it IS amazing. Not only have I lost a remarkable amount of weight in such a short time, but also have I learned a lot just by watching myself.

Knowing that I will want to be able to actually log my food at the end of the day, feel good about those green digits, have my friends read it and then read their positive comments makes me be a lot more aware of what I need and what I don't need ;-) I have never had a problem with eating healthy. I guess I just had a little too much of the good stuff and not enough exercise. We'll see what I might be able to do about that along the way.
