i've decided to go out and buy the 30 Day Shred. I spoke to my spin instructor and he said I should be doing the bike 3 days a week and cross training on my off days. I have vacation in two months. Jillian is sure to whip me into shape. She's so hardcore and I'm scared!!! Do any of you ladies do cardio before or after you do the shred? I'd like to keep biking, but I also need to do the video every day, correct? Just don't want to stress my body out and overwork myself.

  • The Shred is very doable. The circuit style with exercises keeps things moving. I personally would feel more like doing cardio after, but I am sure that changes from person to person.

    I'm on day 6 of level 1 of the shred and i'm doing my exercise bike straight after it x

    3x a week I do the Couch to 5 k about 20 minutes after I do the shred.

    Hey lady. I have 3 of her dvds and after I do 30day shred, I do a turbofire cardio workout. great workout.

    I do cardio right after the shred- I am already warmed up and ready to go. I dont do the Shred EVERY single day though, just about 5X a week.
