Hoping you might be able to help me. When logging your strength training, is there a way to get a calorie count for what was burned?

It helps to wear a heart rate monitor. It counts calories besides your heart rate.0

This is a site I use to help me figure out some calories.0 -
I think under cardio if you put in strength it has a selection, I dont use it as I only count cardio calories but its what I've heard...0
