I hear you loud and clear! I also started in January, lost 40 lbs, and fell off the wagon in May, gained 6, and somehow climbed back on and am now 41 lbs down. It scares me how easy it is to screw up. Was just reading some success stories, and the bottom line seems to be NEVER GIVE UP, even if you screw up, NEVER GIVE UP.

I have 30 lbs to go and would be happy to kick your *kitten* if you'll kick mine. I've been doing this without MFP friends, so am willing to give mutual *kitten* kicking a try to get where I want to go.

    Hi hon,

Happy to be your friend and provide you with some motivation and hopefully vice versa. I'm from the UK and have been on here since April. Just gained a couple of pounds myself after a short break in North Wales so I'm increasing the old exercise to try to get that back off again.

How about getting cracking again starting with a clean slate from tomorrow. :)

    Speak soon.

    Hi
Well done for re-joining - that shows just how committed you are not to let a 'blip' take over!
Have sent a request if you're looking for support
