Arch Pain

I'm an advant walker and lately I was diagnosed with tendonitis and a strained Arch what is good to use to support the Arch? What about the best Arch support sneakers? alteranative exercise ideas?

    I am a big fan of Dr. Scholl's inserts. I had some pain in my foot, got some and it was almost gone instantly.

    Try superfeet insoles, they are amasing. I have had knee problems since I was 12 and last year one of the guys I work with suggested I try them - they sell them were we work so I tried them out and for the first time in years I can bend down at the knees and not squeak/groan in pain!
    Go into a footwear shop - outdoors shops tend to have a few brands in there and chat to someone, they will be able to fit them to you and recommed what will be best for you.
