I have been using the site for a while now but I havent used the forums much.
During college I put on a lot of weight, got up to 327. As I neared the end of college I decided itwas time to change things and dropped down to low 300s, then when motivation was at an all time high i went from 304 to 200 in 8 months. I am now trying to hit 190 and turn it all to muscle, goal being 10% bodyfat. Currently 195.5 at ~ 16-17% body fat. I have been holding near 200 for about a year now slowly changing my body composition to muscle.
I spend lots of free time reading about nutrition, exercise, diets and workouts. Knowledge is power.
I am excited that I just got a bodymedia fit today and I have a strict diet laid out which can be seen in my diary and a 5 day a week weightlifting routine.
I will be lurking on the forums occasionaly but feel free to ask me any questions and I will answer them as I have time.
