Need motivation/tips

I just about got to my goal weight last week (140 lbs) and was over the moon, however the past two weeks I have really let myself go as I have just finished my second year uni exams so me and my friends have been consuming an immense amount of alcohol and rubbish food and am now feeling terrible for it :(

I was so happy with how I looked but over the past few days I feel constantly bloated and starting to feel bigger than I was. Im going on holiday in a month so want to get back into shape before then. Any tips on how I can get motivated again/start to feel back to normal??

    When you're not with your friends, try eating mega amounts of vegis. You get your nutrition, and help get filled up, but then when you do splurge, you at least have eaten some healthy foods. And, eat the healthy veggies right before you go out. Eats tastes of all the foods when you go out, but stay away from one big plate of something. Share with your friends, and eat ony enough to satisfy yourself with the taste. Alcohol is another thing. I know it goes great with celebrations - by the way, Congratulations on your exams!! Try and keep your goal in mind when you order that second drink. You've done so good so far! Keep thinking of how good you feel being a little lighter!!! Good Luck, and keep up the good work!
