too mny carbs..

today was not my best day,although im still within my calories i eat alot more carbs.. should i be worried should i do some exercise to work some of it off. I have been at my most highest all this week, i dont want to get off track straight away because of the carbs.

    Your body weight is affected by all kinds of things like hormones, what kind of food we eat, activity, etc. Are you going to let one day get you down? No way! :-)
