    I didn't know either, so I looked it up at urbandictionary.com ! Before I looked it up, my guess was "new small victory" :laugh:

    As others said, it's "Non-Scale Victory", so it's any measure of your success that doesn't involve weighing yourself.

    A few examples:

    -Measurements went down
    -Needed to buy smaller clothes or your current clothes are getting loose
    -Maybe you passed up that cookie, or bag of chips or ice cream, etc.
    -You received a compliment
    -You inspired someone else to try to get healthier
    -You managed to change your eating habits for the better
    -You did all the workouts you planned to do, or the workouts became easier, or you ran or walked your first mile

    and on and on...
