Thought I'd start a topic to see what we are all using and if they work or not.

Works like a charm, tastes lovely too, gives both carbs and protein.

Seems to work well enough, makes me need to pee more so I guess if nothing else its shifting water weight.

Crazy stuff, really really crazy. Puts you in an almost trance like state where you can power through cardio, hammer the weights and knock about the punch bag and come out of it feeling like you could do it all over again.
I went from being shattered after 20 mins on a treadmill to doing 40 mins and feeling like I could go another 40 mins no bother. I would highly recommend you give this stuff a shot if you want to kick on in your workouts.
