Hey Everyone,
Im looking for a more accurate way to count MY calories durning P90X. I know that one SHOULD burn on average 600 calories, but I am looking for a little more accurate figure.
What brands and modles do yall use? I would like one with a chest strap because they log the heart rate continuesly. but im not sure what to look for.
I read a blog that said you need one that can have VO2 measurements into it. is it really that needed for a decent measurement.
