I know it's a fluffy little song for the teeny-boppers but WHO SAYS by Selena Gomez is actually pretty inspiring.

My challenge to everyone out there is twofold:

First, listen to the song and look in the mirror and remind yourself that you are beautiful and perfect and worth it.

And Second, for the next week instead of criticizing yourself, treat YOU like one of your friends on MFP and give yourself all the love and support and pats-on-the-back that you would give any of them. And be sure to forgive yourself your slip-ups, celebrate your victories and keep telling yourself how fabulous you are!

Aww, that's my daughter's favorite song (She's 4)... I kinda like it myself. It does have a wonderful message. I would like to know who says and why their opinion is the only one that counts in this world.
