I bought an Android phone a week ago and downloaded the myfitnesspal app since I'd like to lose about 20-25 pounds. Less than one week later, I've already lost four pounds. My goal was only one pound per week, but I'll take it!
What I found so far:
1. I hit the gym daily because I like the extra calories that exercising affords me. Burning 300+ calories at the gym lets me eat an extra snack after dinner so I don't go to bed so hungry.
2. I am not necessarily eating healthier, but I'm just eat smaller portions of 'crap'. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
3. The ability to barcode scan in food is AWESOME.
So far, I'm liking it!

You'll find the first week is only water retention and not weight loss... but well done0
