Low cal waffle recipe?

I have tried searching around, but haven't been able to find a low calorie waffle mix recipe for a waffle iron. I know it can't be that hard, but I have no idea what the actual ingredients would be. If anybody has a recipe that they life, please share! Something with whole wheat flour, and possibly oats would be awesome. Thanks!

Found this online, ingredients look good, all low cal. I've heard you can't go straight whole wheat with this sort of thing. Too heavy.
