First of all I just love the motivation I feel when on this site. I have found that I am making it to the gym more. I spend between an hour to two hours (only when I have time do I go two hours..lol) and am wondering what people eat before working out to give themselves fuel so to speak...so they don't pass out....

For me, water and cheese, or lowfat yogurt smoothie. Regular meals I wait at least an hour. Otherwise I cramp up. I go through my workout with at least 20oz of water. That's ounces, no wizards, disregard the man behind the curtain.0
