What was in it? I am a fan of mayo not whipped dressing so i use that. i add a bit of italian dressing to it, green onions, seasoning salt. Use lowfat stuff and less of it to make it healthy.
  • I made a low fat healthy version using mayo and some thousand island dressing and my youngeset daughter loved it so much she ate the whole thing The italian dressing also sounds good as well. I think any low fat dressing with a vinegar base would be good with low fat or light mayonaise.

this sounds amazing! I do all kinds of things to mine: I usually add just a little lite mayo, then either lemon, sweet relish, apple and onion or a little lite mayo then mango chutney (I know it sounds weird, but I swear it is good!)

This sounds good with yogurt. Mayo just has too much junk to be worth it.

I haven't made this in a while but my favorite is with tuna, penne, pesto, capers, lemon juice and zest, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese. It's sososo good. Now I'm craving it.
