    I kind of agree with the skipping breakfast part...not saying that Cheerios should be breakfast though. I'm thinking more like bacon, eggs, and maybe a fruit! Something that will keep you full and satisfied for a while. Otherwise some people won't eat again until vary late in the day (because of work etc)...and do tend to migrate towards the vending machines for quick snacks they can chomp down on bathroom breaks.

    I am sure they mean, honey nut cheerios in moderation. Because if everyone ate in moderation, I am sure that most people's cholesterol would be good, provided they don't have a genetic link.

    I'm with you- it's insane that cereal adds show "a healthy breakfast" as a picture of cereal, milk, toast ,and orange juice or a piece of fruit. It's all sugar once your body breaks it down. I would have to take a nap after the sugar crash from a breakfast like that.

    same with oatmeal..its all carbs people.

    cheerios isnt bad for you. i eat it a lot. and it makes me feel full..i dont 'crash' like some of you suggest
