Sunday Mini "Challenge"

Today we are going to take it easy and just stretch out muscles. No sense in pushing ourselves 7 days a week.

  • Love this idea. Can anyone join or is there an elite group of accepted mini challenge participants?

    Even non physical challenges like, "no drinking this weekend" seems quite entertaining.

    I would love to participate, but I've become a 7 days a week workout'er. I'm a major junkie now. In your honor, though, I'll do an easier workout tomorrow. ;)

    My challenges are a free for all and they run 6 days a week with a stretch on Sunday.

    I got mine done for today. Sadly i issed Saturdays becasue we had company. But its so nice I just might do it today anyway!
