I've just started the 3o days shred program last night, after reading so much about it here.

First of all - gee, that was HARD! I do 3 hours a week of aerobics (Zumba and Kickbox) and it was nothing like it. After the 27 minuets my whole body was shaking like crazy from the adrenalin and I was overwhelmed and sweating.

Second, I would never ever try something like that unless reading so much about what you guys are telling. I want to thank you all for the motivation to keep working hard!
