Has anyone done BOTH of these? If so which one do you think was better? (I like music and dancing and turbo fire looks like so much fun:bigsmile: ...but does it get you the same results as what I've heard 30DS does??? )
anyone...anyone...Bueller...
p.s. My goal is to tone all over, especially arms, thighs, glutes, and abs...so which tones better?!?

Turbo Fire!!!!!! The only down side to Turbo Fire is that it's a 20 week program so you may burn out on it. 30 Day Shred was a good workout but very boring. The music was terrible so I would mute it and listen to my ipod.0

Have done 30DS and over 3 weeks into Turbofire, would definitely recommend Turbofire - doing the same 20 minute routine 10 days in a row got pretty boring, at least with Turbofire although you repeat classes you don't do them after each other for days on end - plus it is just a lot more fun.
In terms of the actual results - well I have seen no results with either program, but I guess that's because I am nearing the end of my weight loss journey and nothing I do seems to have any effect.0 -
I never did turbo fire but I am not sure if I am able to move like they do. I tried hip hop abs and I can't even dance like they do lol. So I think i would struggle with turbo fire. I did the 30 DS and I lost 11inches and 5.5lbs. I did it for 22 days too. Level one is easy so soon I am going to start Level 2 & 3 for 15 days each. I agree the music in 30DS is boring but I cranked up my own music.0

I love Turbo Fire! I'm starting week 6 tomorrow and still can't move like they do, but I give it my best effort and that's the point. I love the music and Chalene is such a motivator, it feels like she is in the living room with you while your working out.0

Ditto.
Sometimes I feel like Goldie Hawn in Housesitter when she takes that African dance class and isn't doing anything remotely close to what the rest of the class is doing...but she's still moving!0 -
I haven't done 30ds but I have done other Jillian workouts and I quit them after awhile because I get so tired of the same workout everyday and the music is always so terrible. I started turbo fire the first weekend in February after almost quitting the biggest loser last chance dvd (so repetitive!) and haven't stopped yet. Every day is a different workout, the music is so fun and the results have come so much faster than any other program I have done. I think Jillian is great and knows how to get you great results but I was not a big fan of exercise and need variety and fun. Turbo doesn't always feel like work to me! It is more expensive but considering it is a twenty week program-and longer if you start with the prep schedule, it is worth it!0
