Snack Swap!

I love food. It is one of my very favorite things... it's also why I'm not a stick skinny gal ;-). So I've found the hardest part about losing weight over the years has been that I refuse to eat cardboard or things with our flavor. I once saw a post on Weight Watchers website on how you should never use your points for anything that just adds flavor because then you'll be hungry. I *hated* that. If I'm not eating things that have flavor, I don't care how filling they are I'm still going to be hungry.

I think the trick is finding things that have delicious flavor, but don't go crazy on calories.

One of my favorite snacks to eat on it's own or add to one of my meals (like I did today for breakfast) is a single serving container of cream cheese (1/3 less fat and still just as tasty!) and pair it with 15 Sun-dried tomato and basil wheat thins...

It's a *delicious* snack and comes it at 220 calories and yet it's filling and still provides you with some FLAVOR!

Anyone have any favorite snack ideas that they'd like to share so we all have more TASTY FLAVORFUL ideas that will still help us stay on track?

Mmm me too. And none of that low fat stuff either.

Lately I'm loving adding brown sugar and cinnamon to things like oatmeal, yoghurt and tofu (yes Tofu ;) tastes amazing)

I get that we're all trying to be healthy, but you can do it with yummy things too...
