Looking for water aerobic insturctions

Hi, I am looking for ways to exercise without having to run, walk, dance or any movement that will stress my hip and knee.

    I've been there!!
    I found a water aerobics class at my gym but avoided kicking and twisting portions and the instructor was able to give me alternative exercises.
    When I was injured I spent a lot of time just walking up and down the pool - the resistance helped burn up calories and the water meant less weight on my knees and ankles. As well legless swimming where you rely on your arms to propel you through the water (sometimes with the help of a noodle to float on!). Best of luck.
