Exercising helps (even though you'll feel awful if your bloated) since it makes things move down there. Food wise, try to eat a day of only veggies/fruits. I did that and the next day i was regular.
Try not to take too many stool softeners, it'll cause dependency.
Massage also helps a LOT. Lie on your back with your knees bent, or sit. Run your palm up the ridge of your right hip bone, then up to your ribs, across the bottom of your ribs, and then push down into your left hip bone (path should be a square). Joining the chorus about water, and increase natural fiber in your diet. I would also suggest cutting back on the wheat products in your diet since many people even those without celiacs disease have trouble digesting gluten.0
