I picked my goal weight because it's a healthier BMI for me and also I'm currently not happy with the weight I'm at. I wanna be back at my pre-college weight0

I recently upped mine from 175 to 189. I picked 175 because I figured it would be attainable and put me at the high end of normal BMI but a few months ago my dr did my body composition analysis and I was told I have 159.5 lbs of lean body mass. My sister then pointed out that if that's my lean body mass and I weighed 175 my body fat % would be ridiculously low. So I changed my goal back to the lowest weight I remember seeing on the scale since I graduated high school. In actuality I just would like to be under 200 again. Haven't been there in over 10 years!0
