Hello, :flowerforyou: I have just arrived and found my way around the calorie counter. According to that, after a huge Sunday lunch, I am not eating enough. Somut wrong somewhere. I have never tried to lose weight before, now need to for health reasons .... actually, I just need to take more exercise but I am too lazy.

So here we go, flexing fingers .... enough exercise for today I think .... will go and lie down now! :yawn:

    I lost weight without exercise. You can do it you just need to watch what you eat and stick to your goals. Quality of your food will equal Quanity. So eat as healthy as you can so you won't be hungry. Stick with it and log on every day. Now go take that nap.
