Looking for motivation and willpower..

Hello -- I am new, as of today. Looking for a new inspirtation to get past this rollercoaster plateau. Always losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. I work out 3-4 days a week, but find that evenings and weekends are the hardest to control the eating. Therefore, every Monday I have to start over. Exercising is not my problem (even ran a 5K last fall), but have no willpower. I read about this site in Health Magazine and thought I would give it a try. In reading some posts and the constant activity, lets me know I am not the only one going through this and hope to make some great, motivating friends! Greetings!
