The best foods you've discovered..

Since starting MFP I've come across so many really good food options I never knew about before, and I was wondering if anyone else had some discoveries they would like to share?
Mine are:
Warburtons Sandwich thins- only 100cals and now I can have sandwiches and toasties :D
Fage total 0% fat greek yoghurt- Soooo good and high in protein- only 100 calories for a big pot :D
Weight watchers cake slices- the carrot cake one I just had some of is soooo good and 71 calories!!
And finally dried mango, it's amazing :D

    Since I don't I like cleaning/peeling fruit I add Dole's Wildly Delicious Frozen Fruit blend ( which has mango, pineapple, peaches and strawberries) to my yogurt after the fruit is defrosted of course. It's really good and natural with no added sugar.

    I also like Wegmans Tzatziki in my tuna or on my chicken. It's a Greek Yogurt sauce which is really good as a dip or condiment and low in calories and fat. I use it instead of mayo. Can also be used as a dressing for salads and such.

    I love Ezekial bread, English muffin style.
    I alo found that Greek yogurt replaces mayo really well....such as in dill sauce.
    I also love keifer yogurt is awesome, (I like life way brand)
    Alexa sweet potatoes
    Those are just a few...
    Oh, and Godiva chocolate pearls, you can get your chocolate fix, 8 pearls for only 25 calories.

    steel cut oatmeal. i eat it every morning, and i never liked oatmeal before.
