Hi!
Is anyone on the slow carb a.k.a 4 hour body diet?
How is it working for you?

I have been doing the 4 hour body diet (not super strict, but conforming to some of the slow carb guidelines, eliminating most dairy and carbs aside from black beans, legumes, etc) and I've lost about 6 pounds. I had reached a plateau with my diet/exercise routine, so I figured I would try it and it seems to be working well so far, especially considering my extreme amount of slacking in the exercise department lately.

It's pretty easy to conform to if you like eating meat. I typically have to force myself to eat veggies, but I've found a lot of different ways to cook them that make them taste appealing.

    Good luck!

I am not doing it quite right but seeing enough results to keep me interested. I started by adding protein to my diet in the AM - and it makes me feel so good. Now I am phasing out the white stuff slowly and seeing what happens :-)
