I know this topic has been done before, but...

I found this article that briefly explains the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercising that I thought was pretty cool. After using an HRM I found I was a little confused about the difference between %fat and calories burned and how I was getting the numbers I was getting when working out. So I started to research the topic and found quite a few message topics on MFP but I thought I would look a little further. This article explains in plain english the differences and why each is good for you. Interested in feedback from others who are also struggling to figure out how and what you should use to workout and what is going to produce the best results. I am not looking for a quick fix I want to establish changes that will last.
