check some of the websites that do fast food calorie counting and see if the place you are going is on there-- you might luck out -- if not find a place that has the same kind of food and track that instead-- or ask when you get there if they have the nutritional value guide for the food they serve -- alot of places are getting the hang of us "dieters"
