FInal weigh in, do I work out before?

Tomorrow is my final weigh in for a contest that I am in. I plan on not eating when I wake up and going to weigh in right after I put my daughter on the school bus ~8:15 am. My question is do I get up at 5:30 to do my usual cardio workout or do I wait until after? What will be the best for the weigh in tomorrow? Also, are there any other tips for this last day?

    DONT WORK OUT! You will retain the water you drink during. My suggestion......drink a small strong cup of coffee - less than 6 ounces.. This will make sure you poop before you weigh and get rid of extra water you might have b/c it will make you pee. Might help you shed an extra lb or so. I used to do that before my weight watcher weigh ins.

    geez I'd work out and not drink so much water til after weigh in. I always lose 1-2 lbs after working out. I weigh before and after often.

    I was thinking I could put on heavy sweatpants and a sweatshirt and try to sweat a little out like a wrestler trying to make weight.
