Hi,
I track how much calcium i eat, i'm vegan so it's something i want to keep track of, but i'm confused about how MFP tracks it. On my food diary it just says 100, 100 what...mg, calories of, %???? Does anyone know what this number means????
Thanks!!

It's % of the RDA. Since the RDA is 1000 mg per day, if you have 100 mg that is 10% of the RDA so your log would say 10. If you get exactly 1000 mg in that day, then it should say 100 in your log. If you have 1100 mg that day, it should say 110 (meaning 110%), etc.0
