low cal Dairy free ice-cream
this is a fab recipe i found in a toddler magazine. Handy for me as my daughter is on a dairy free diet. Its very quick and easy to make. makes 6 portions for me. you can add whichever fruit you want as long the banana is frozen! I am going to experiment with other pieces of fruit!
ingredients
1-2 medium bananas (frozen)- chop them up into pieces and freeze a day in advance.
150g raspberries (or any other berries you want). i used frozen
125 mls soya milk
- add the bananas and half of the berries in a food processory and let it mix slowly. gradually add the milk and the rest of the berries. serve immediately whilst still creamy as it melts very quickly. can also be a smoothie if its too runny!
mine came up to 46 calories per serving and was delicious!
