I want something for dessert every once in awhile that isn't to bad for me. What do you eat for dessert or something sweet you enjoy when the craving comes along?

Sugar Free Fudgsicles:heart: - 35 calories each, so even if I eat 2 or 3, I feel like I binged, but only took in 105 calories.
  • Those already on the list...

    Skinny Cow Sandwiches
    Sugar Free Fudgsicles
    Sugar Free Popsicles

Hate to say it - but I don't deprive myself of the things I love like pudding. I have chocolate pudding everyday, and not the sugar free. It just doesn't do it for me. Plus, once in a blue moon I might have a fun size candy bar. I love my reeses cups. Only 88 calories.
I workout just about everyday and burn about 500 calories. So I don't feel bad about eating 100 or so calories of junk. I feel like - I've earned it.
As for other suggestions - I am a baked good freak. Angel food cake saves me.

Those sugar free jellos are sweet and almost calorie free (5 cals)...

When I want a decadent dessert I go for a homemade tiramisu!!! Mmmm!!! Those are KILLER though - real cream and mascarpone, I can only imagine the calories!
