exercise help needed

Ok so despite the fact that im sticking generally to my calorie intake i dont seem to be losing ANYTHING and i go on holiday in just under 4 week :(

Im very busy with work and things and i dont have time to get to the gym, is there any at home exercises that people would reccomend, the areas im trying to lose fat from are the thighs and stomach. And what exercise would you reccomend to target those areas.

Also has anyone seen affects from at home exercising? as i always feel it isnt working when im not at the gym in a class or on exercise equipment :/
