You put in your weight and height, and then the BMI scale on the left shows up and you can move it up or down to set what weight you want to see yourself at! Here is what it did for me! **It is an older picture, I realized tonight I do not have too many full length pictures of myself** I think I will save this and see how close it is when I get there!
