This is me at 186lbs, a few months before I started taking care of myself better. I was pushing the boundaries of size 16.

When I first looked at that picture, I was like... WOW, what a horrible picture! I look so fat in it. But then it turned out I look just as fat in all the other pictures of me. I hadn't realized how out of shape I had gotten.
Now I'm at 166lbs. Current size: 12. Look! I lost a chin and gained a neck!

Still got 40 more pounds to lose. Knowing that I have a tiny frame under the chub, I could go all the way down to size 1, but I think I'll be quite satisfied at 4. We'll see when we get there (and we WILL get there)
Some NSVs:
--When I first started out, I almost died trying to do the elliptical at level 2 for 10 minutes. Now I average at level 6 and do 60+ minutes a day, 6 days a week.
--I used to be kind of lactose-intolerant. As I got healthier, though, my lactose intolerance mysteriously disappeared
--(TMI girl talk warning!!!) My periods are lighter! Which is a VERY welcome change since my periods used to be freaking waterfalls of red. Think Niagara, not teeny garden waterfalls. Seriously. Also, I used to get terrible cramps, but now it's just barely there. w00t!

You look fabulous!!! Excellent work!
Great NSV's!!! I have to laugh cuz when I read about lactose intolerance getting better I thought "that would be great cuz then eating ice cream won't bother me so much" but I hardly ever eat it anymore, so that's not such a help now. Ok, maybe it'll help with the cheese cuz I don't think I'll ever give that up!
Great job! You really do look fab!0 -
Thanks!
shonasteele - I used to drink a cup of milk as a quick remedy for constipation! But now I drink about 2 cups every day, and it doesn't make me "go" any faster. :laugh:0 -

Thanks for the pictures... I'm a newbie here just joined tonight as a matter of fact and what an inspiration you are already to me.
Way to go!!! I would love to add you to my friends list if that's okay... I would love to track your progress.

isdegonz: I guess that means we're in the same boat! Good luck to you and me both!
dcladydi: Sure thing! Thank YOU for the support too
lauragoat: Hehe, believe or not, I am kind of smiling in those pictures! I just have a tiny mouth, so it's hard to see. Maybe when my face becomes less chubby, the smile will shine more brighter too. After all, my mouth does look even smaller when squished between chubby cheeks...0 -
excellent job well done0
