Apple cider vinegar

I just bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar. I know it is meant to be awesome for your immune system and digestion. My question is how much should I consume and is it best to have it at any particular time of the day?

    I tried it last year to boost my metabolism...I took 1 TBS before each meal.

    I was drinking 1 TBSP (mixed with water) a day, the kind with the "mother" in it, I think it was made by Bragg.
    Quit drinking it, couldn't stomach any longer.

    I make a smoothie with it and use 2 tbls, plus I do take 2 pills a day..
  • No food will boost your metabolism...

    I had my first serve of apple cider vinegar at lunchtime yesterday (one tablespoon in a glass of water). By dinner time I had terrible reflux. Could the apple cider vinegar have caused this?

    I am not sure I would drink that even if it promised to make me cough up dollar bills...
