having a cheat day, sort of

today i am having a food cheat day and eating some things that are higher in calories. My BMR is 2510 and my calorie goal daily for a 2lb a week loss is 1510, so today i am going to eat at a maintenance level of 2510 calories, i figure that way i am getting to indulge without killing my diet totally like if i went and ate some crazy pasta stuff at johnny carinos, have you seen their calories counts, that would be crazy. But i did have a couple pieces of fried fish from long johns, and i have to say i almost forgot how salty that stuff is, i mean wow! Super salty! anyways not really a question as much as just a confession.

    Same boat today. I spent the weekend with my parents and they always have the best food! They have all of the stuff I don't dare keep in my house. I didn't log until I got home (mistake, I know) and it's not as bad as I thought, but still not great. So worth it every now and then!
