    Is it time to change things up a bit? You've done a great job to lose all that weight in 6 months, but if you are still set at "lose 2 pounds a week" maybe it's time to change to 1 pound or 1/2 pound per week. You'll still lose weight, but if slowing down a little, andvfeeling you have enough to eat keeps you motivated and on track, then I say, go for it!!
